This website is operated by Bobby Davis Jr. Septic Tank Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Durham, North Carolina. These Terms of Service govern use of bobbydavisseptic.com and our appointment text messaging program. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. SMS program and consent
Our non-marketing SMS program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Bobby Davis Jr. Septic Tank Service and explicitly opted in. Consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox on our website contact form.
Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided to participate. Please provide accurate contact information and notify us if your number changes.
2. Canceling text messages
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. You may receive a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, provide a new opt-in through the consent form or contact us for assistance.
3. SMS help, frequency, and charges
Reply HELP for assistance, or call (919) 481-6929 during office hours: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS is not a substitute for directly contacting us about an urgent service need. For septic emergency service inquiries, call (919) 481-6929.
4. Privacy and SMS data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and communication preferences. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except with aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the requested text messaging services.
5. Website information and service requests
The website describes our residential and commercial septic services in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding RDU area. Website information is general and does not replace an assessment of your property or septic system.
Submitting the contact form is an inquiry. An appointment, scope of work, price, or service commitment is established when confirmed with our team.
